I am looking to buy an appartment in Miami Beach or in West Palm Beach, Florida. My conditions are good quality and best bargain in this sector of quality. What kind of mortgage could I qualified for ? I am not US citizen or resident. What kind of property searching is better: Foreclosure; execution; pre-executon; Re-owned etc. ?

As a foreign national, there is only a few options. However, there are a few banks that are willing to loan to foreigners. They require 30-40% down and a slightly higher rate. As long as you have a 30%-35% down payment you can obtain a mortgage as a foreign national.  It is hard to find, but there are programs out there.
