Hello,Just wondering why this house has been listed for 2 months?

Are there any major issues? 
I have walked through the house and it looks like the carpet may need replacement  The walls will also need a new paint job and some repairs.  It looks like a dog might have chewed on a few of the doors.

Hello, I can't tell you why that house hasn't sold in particular, but I can tell you that I sell brand new homes with NO problems off of FM 1660 for a very close price.  It may be that other potential buyers decided that they could get a house that didn't need any work for the same (or less) money.
