Don't worry too much about how Zillow values your home. Most agents are aware that they are hardly exact.

Find out the real market value of your Haverford real estate by having a local agent like ourselves, who knows your neighborhood, do a comparative market analysis based on recent sales of Haverford homes for sale that are most like your Ivy Lane, Haverford, PA 19041 home. The Zestimate will not take the place of a hands on and eyes on evaluation.
