Hello , Wells Fargo denied my modification

after the 6 months trial they said no and offerme an alternative modification and I acepted and send the paperwork signed with the first payment and now they said everything its canceled because they never recived the signed agreetment but they cashed the check that was in the same envelope, and now they said posible forclousure, wthat can I do if I send all the payments for the trial

Unfortunately, you are not the first person this has happened to.  I would suggest you get all your documentation together and go visit an attorney or two about what recourse you have if any.  You should be able to get a free consultation.  If foreclosure is likely, a short sale is usually a better alternative.  Contact a local Realtor for that.
