Hello, who is the landlord to this apartment complex?

I am very interested in renting an apartment in this building (117 Mulberry Street) and I wanted to contact the landlord to see if I could possibly rent from him/her.  I tried going through a few brokers but no one seems to have their information.  If someone could please get back to me with this information that would be so wonderful.  Thank you so much for your time and have a great day!

Hi Robin,
