Maybe Zillow could consider making a video to show people how to select comps for their house so they can pinpoint their value even better. I do not think many owners understand what a good comp is since it is not something most people deal with. Helping owners choose solid comps makes their owner's estimate better and improves the site at the same time. I think it also gives owners more control over their home value information without making the site vulnerable. I do not know if it is possible, but allowing owners to learn about comps and then select the best 3-5 comps for their house so they might have another way to track their value might reduce owner frustration. If you already have a video or section on this, I hope you will post a link so I can bookmark it. Thank you.

That is great news! I thought the the other video for Zestimates was well done. Before that video from DavidG, I did not know he had an accent, but it's a definite plus. It adds international flair to the site :)
