I can't figure out how to link to the details page on the windermere site because it's in a frame.  this is as close as i could get fm?fuseaction=listing.SearchLanding&zoomLevel=15&zoomDynamic=1&mapCenterLatitude=47.635500356554985&mapCenterLongitude=-122.27678462862968&st=wa  they also have it mapped about 1 block from where it actually is.  The site is good for the pictures, though :-)
It's close to my house, as well, and it is a beautiful house.  Hope it goes for top dollar.

Hi Marlow,
No I don't know the owners (though this house is just a few blocks away from mine). I threw up the Redfin link only because that's where I first noticed the listing. But you're right it is a Windermere listing. Hopefully the Windermere agent will come and take over the listing and upload photos, the link to the Windermere listing info, and his personal contact info. If you know the listing agent, you should prod him to do this!
Looks like a beautiful house.

I see you reference the listing info on Redfin, but it's a bad link, and it's actually a Windermere listing.
