The update below is also what i found , this home is a grand home, but it has been empty a while , still could use some updating , large lot !
repaint it please, this home needs a family!
Fairly busy road but the front has the circle driveway and it is a large lot so not so bad ! good luck - take in a lower offer , in my opinion.

Hi, Julie -The property taxes for the home at 2420 Johnson Rd are $4,238 for the Germantown city tax and $11,257 for the Shelby County tax.  Since the property value has dropped on this home, it would be advisable for the next owner to appeal these taxes.  It might just be possible to get them lowered.
