Hi.  My name is Karen, my family and I are looking to possibly move soon, can you give me the 'bottom line' on what is going on with this property.  I know the econ is down as we are in the same situation in Tucson with a 3100 sq foot home too, but, if we found the right home, we would drop the price and get it going for sale again.  Can you let us know.  Thanks
