go to www.masslandrecords.com and you can see if the bank has taken over yet. they have a long foreclosure process to go through before it comes on the market

Amy,

The owner moved out last winter and no one has been in there since. Her house has been winterized by the mortgage company. I can see the mortgage was discharged in Feb 11. Because it is attached to us we're now up keeping the whole yard so it doesn't look terrible! I'm trying to find out who is now responsible for it.
