It shows that you edited the information on this home on January 9th. Although it takes 6 to 8 weeks for the system to be updated, it can be very difficult for an automatically generated program to come up with accurate values for unique properties, including older properties that have been remodeled.
My advice is to find a knowledgeable and intelligent Realtor who can perform a CMA for you and give you a more accurate value. Although Zillow is a great tool and still being refined, any decent Realtor will tell you (and buyers) that Zillow Estimates is not something to be relied on.

It shows in your profile that you edited the facts about a day ago.When home facts have been edited with big changes that may affect the Zestimate, it takes about 8 weeks for the benefit of the edits to fully reflect in the Zestimate.

The change to the home page is immeidate, but it can take form 6-8 weeks form what I read for the home facts edits to affect the Zesitmate if it's going to. Often additional square footage does make a difference.
