Any licensed real estate agent in your area could provide a Broker's Price Opinion or CMA on the current value of your home.  It is important to only seek the help of an agent in your immediate area.  Most will do this for free in anticipation of a possible listing.  I would seek the advice of several to avoid a realtor 'buying' your listing by giving you an inflated price.
