Hi, Zestimate does not take into account of the recent addition, finnished basement for my house.

My house 23 Pease farm Road, was built in 2003, the sale price at that time was 685000. Lot of modifications and additions have been done including 1) Completley finished basement -1800Sqft with tiles, bar, kitchen, bath and office room. 2)Professional land scaping with stone arch and pergola. 3) Many interior modifications. The house was resold in November 2009 for 66500, because the seller was in a lot of pressure, the Rockville Bank who financed the purchase upraised it to 750000.00. How can I have more accurate estimate posted.

When the revaluations were done in 2010, did the appraiser come into your home and see the improvements you did?  That would affect the value.  Also you can go into zillow and update the features of your own home.
