"Two Story" seems like such an obvious search result, doesn't it? Alas, MLS information is only as good as the information it is given. Listing data can be very inconsistent from agent to agent. Generally, MLS systems have a "check box" for two-story, but many times that field is overlooked when listing details are entered. Build a rapport with an agent you like, and he/she can hunt two-story houses in your price range. Cheers.

Unfortunately, not on Zillow at this time. If you contact a local Real Estate Agent, I'm sure they can probably set you up with search tools through the MLS that will allow for that filter.

Depending on what search tool your using to search for homes in your local area you should be able to click a checkbox that picks type of home.
Sadly not all property search engines give you that option.

I experimented on Zillow search and find that if I put the words "two story" into the key words section I pull up only two story properties.
