Hi, I am really interested in the house. Although we are in the same predicament as everyone else, where our house value looks lower than what we owe. Is it beneficial to get it appraised, to see if the value is correct? Also, in todays market... what is the chances of selling our house for what we owe and buying this house? I have perfect credit :). We would like to get something ( like this house ) closer to our work and in a nicer area.
