High score of 601, needing a Home Equity Loan

I have a high CS of 601, are there any lenders out there that will grant me a home equity loan. I have strong income, good job history, and over 100k worth of equity in my home. I would ike to get a 50-55k home equity loan.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds pretty good on the surface, but Clay is correct.  You will need higher credit scores.

In today's lending market you are more than likely out of luck.  You might be able to find a hard money lender in your area willing to make a short term loan with very high interest and fees.
