Which is why Zillow is not perfect. Keep in mind Zillow and your County/City is not aware of your upgrades. The only way to truly know what your house is worth today would be to sell it today. To have a reasonably accurate figure otherwise, you'd need to hire an appraiser.
And, if you're considering selling, talk to your Realtor. A skilled agent should be able to give you a ball-park figure for what you might sell for in today's market.
Hope that helps.

Higher Quality & Upgrades Not Listed
We upgraded the quality of our house by installing 3/4 inch solid Brazillian Cherry floors, installed a professionally landscaped yard with irrigation front & back, custom painted each room with high quality and maintained our property with perfection. We have gated, paved RV parking and a playstructure. Why does the property across the street with none of these features have a higher zestimate? Square footage cannot be the only factor when pricing a house.
