You can also go to the local info section on Zillow and type in your area for basic info.

I agree with Jerry. You can go to websites and find similar properties but they best results you can find are going to be from a professional. Call a local realtor and they should be able to email you a market analysis and go over it with you.

You can contact a realtor and they will do this for free. The other thing you can do is go to a website and see just the "solds" on properties around you. You will have to do a little work because you will want "LIKE" properties as far as SQ FT and type of house (Rambler, 2 story). Zillow and John L Scott are two good sites for this.
