Hmmm. Major issues here.

The new roof was a good start, but it's halfway into "remodeling" (?) I would want 10K construction completion credit plus 7K flooring credit, and we don't even have pictures of bathrooms or bedrooms yet. LOTSA work to be done yet before it would be home to me, but good SPACE potential and shell. Kitchen definitely needs more something. My opinion, for what it's worth (or not).
