Hmmm, who updates this cite for accuracy? There are numerous errors!

When looking up my home, I was shocked to see SO many errors.  Along with the obvious things such as lowering its value by comparing it to non-similar homes in different cities, you have things such as the elementary school in another school district and the middle and high schools in a completely OTHER wrong district!  Since many of us are looking to refinance and unfortunately we are now in the era of "internet appraisal" searches, I am afraid this information will be used and it greatly affects our appraisal figures.  Please inform us on what you are doing to get accuracy on board and where you draw your references from.
