Home Improvement Loan in MA - would need to go to 120% LTV

Anyone know of a lender that would allow me to go $120% LTV in order to do a home improvement project in MA?

You would need some sort of Home Renovation loan where the lender would take into account the plans/specs of the renovation with the appraiser looking at future value. Depending on the loan amount a FHA 203K might be best. If your loan amount is going higher than the FHA loan limits then you may need to speak to a renovation specialist with a local bank.  I would contace Andrew Adams to discuss this. he is well versed in ronvation mortgages.
