Home Is No Longer Listed--why not???

Most neighboring homes also used to be listed but are no longer. Strangely, the house next door IS listed. Any thoughts?

The homes that are no longer listed have owners who probably were testing the market and either did not get any offers or did not get offers that met their expectations. Your next door neighbor may still want to sell or may need to sell.
