Yes.
Yes.
No. I don't. You may try posting a similar query on the Home Improvement threads.
No, not really. There's a guy in Ga, named Clay Branch, that I would call and ask though. He may not do 203K at all.

try Flagstar bank, they shoud be able to offer both. Home Path renovation and 203k. with the homepath you could recieve the 3.5% seller credit speical offered. i feel the 203k will offer better terms and financing options, lower amount for down payment and better rates. as for contractors, call around to a few local FHA cost consulants they will have knowledge of contractor that offer quality workmanship and understand the 203k process.

Fidelity offers 203k. Not sure about home path, but 203k sounds like a good way to go.

203K is usually a cheaper and better loan than the Homepath

Home Path Renovation of FHA 203K
Hi,
I've found a house in Georgia that requires renovation. It is eligible for Home Path Renovation loan. Should I also consider a FHA 203k?
Is it possible to close before 30 Apr if I make an offer in the next week or two?
Does anyone have any recommended contractors? Any recommendations for the FHA 203k? I know i'm limited with who I can work with on the Home path renovations.
Your help and advice are appreciated.
