I tried Firefox and Chrome, no change.  Utube video "move position" menu option does not appear.

You have to claim your house first and then you should be able to move the house icon on the map. The link to "claim your house" and the one to "move house location" are both on your home page under the yellow "edit" menu beneath your home photo. 

If you have claimed your house, but do not see the option to move you icon it might be a bug so please repost.
