As a Zillow employee and perhaps soon to be neighbor (I put in a bid on the 102 unit), I can tell you that this is something we are working to improve. The data isn't so much old as it is incomplete. As a recent conversion, there still too few data points to paint a complete picture. As we receive more information from our data providers, Zestimates become more relavent. As of 9/11, we had a range of $225,060 - $283,221 for this particular property. As we try to make clear on the site, these are simply starting points and if there are other comparable units in the building, your first-hand knowledge is significantly more valuable than anything we could suggest through our Zestimates, no mater how well we work on our algorithms. Of course, we will always strive to make them more and more acurate, but in the meanwhile you should publish your own estimate using the "Create an estimate" tool.

I agree. The data here is old.

Home Price
This unit price needs to be updated. Last sold price was $270K. In the same building, other same size condos were recently sold at $305K.
