Of course it is!  What do you expect with all those BILLIONS of dollars of government money being thrown to realtors and loan officers and the almost insolvent lending institutions?????

It is not a "good thing".  It is only keeping prices artificially inflated and making people move about 3 times as often as they should.

What a "throw away" country and people.

Only thing I can say is BETTER SELL before the government pulls the rugs out from the "propped up" market!

Besides, it is only up almost 10% from last year.  Why don't you compare to 2004 and 2005 and 2006 instead???

You really "like" bubbles, don't you?  I hope the cost of your gasoline "BUBBLES" to $15 per gallon, and the cost of your electricity bubbles to $30 cents per Kilowatt Hour, and that the cost of your water bubbles to 10 cents per gallon, and the cost of McDonalds bubbles to $60 for one meal.
