This is why you should always take what you see on Zillow and those other guys with a grain of salt. Then contact YOUR Real Estate Professional for the true info on any given home. Also availability Zillow and those other guys can show homes that have been sold months ago or are under agreement and off the market for showings. They are a great guide but you should always talk with your Real Estate Professional about the true up today info.

Zillow is not considered accurate nor up-to-date. The Zestimate is more of a Guesstimate, fine print states can be +\- 20%. You should contact Zillow customer service to see about correcting tax assessment value (which does not determine market value). Good luck. Spirit
