The Zestimate is bare bones statistical calculation, which doesn't take into account upgrades (or downgrades) but instead uses the basics such as size, lot size, location, last sales price and tax value.   In order to describe the upgrades mentioned in your post, you can claim your home and add the upgrades.  Hopefully in the spring the "owner's estimate' feature will return so you can share the upgrades with their estimate value on the house costs.
