Do you really think that zillow located in Washington state over 1,000 miles from you decided to low ball your house on purpose? That makes no logical sense.
The zestimate has been complained about several times. Some say it is to high and many say it is to low. The problem is that a zestimate is an opinion. Such an opinion is legally allowed and not subject to prosecution any more than saying a certain car is not pretty is prosecutable.
As far as your agent acting badly goes contact your state dept of real estate licensing (or something similar) and file a legal complaint. The broker may give them some hassle or not. The state could take away their license and fine them a large amount of money. You could also try to file a complaint with the local real estate board that allows people to be called realtors. It is just a trade group but might take action.
There is also the ability to tell your story (with proof I hope) to the local news stations and papers.
In case you missed it read the Q&A section. Zillow just changed the zestimate formula and a lot of people everywhere are seeing prices far from what they were a few days ago. Some are to high and others are to low compared to what was before now. Zillow decided to make the algorithm more accurate with the recent change. If it really works better or not will take time to tell.

I'm not with Zillow, but I can see there are 2 records for your property.
Correct record tied to public data
Incorrect record
Unluckily both have Zestimates below $125K, but luckily the correct record is much higher at $101K.
I flagged the duplicate incorrect record, and you can do the same by using the Edit feature Report a problem with home.
Good luck.

I'm sorry you are in this difficult situation. Your agent has no control over Zestimates unless they've claimed the home and made the facts (size, room number etc) incorrect. You can claim the home and make sure they are all accurate.
The Zestimate is a calculated value, and two days ago there was a major change in the way it is calculated. It may be the reason for the change of the number, rather than revenge.

A Zestimate is NOT your real value, only what a computer thinks it MIGHT be. Youll only find out your home's REAL value if and when you sell it.
It doesnt sound like you know how to claim your home and edit the facts (unlike other free home value sites). Read this....

Home Value Lowered in Revenge
The agent didnt try to sell the house but wanted to use a "sign your deed over to me and I will get a loan and pay you for your house." I reported him to his broker. Now the value of my house on Zillow droped from $124,900 to less than $60,000.I would suggest that you get this corrected as this matter has already been turned over to the state Attorney General's office for investigation.
If you are going to list a person's home, you should get the FACTS correct and verified before you post them on the interenet.
I expect a response within 24 hours.

PS I have printed off a copy of this listing and will be forwarding it to the state Attorney General's and the BBB also. I do beleive this is a prosecutorial offense.
