This address is for sale by owner 3180 Saybrook Dr NE Atlanta GA 30319.  Are any homes by owner listed on Zillow?  Do they have to add them.  It doesn't seem to be listed on the MLS either.

I am assuming that you are a buyer and you drove by this home and saw a sign in the yard as for sale by owner? Owners can post on zillow - but they do have to manually add the post themselves - so not all FSBO properties may show as for sale on the website. FSBO properties will not show on the MLS - only homes listed with an agent will post on the MLS. If you are interested in the home have your realtor contact the seller - or contact them yourself if you do not wish to have representation on the purchase.

I'm not sure where to begin here. To me, one could interpret your post to mean that you think if you stick a sign in the yard somehow magically the house is listed in the MLS and on Zillow. Maybe you have signed with a flat-fee company that has promised these things and hasn't delivered yet. If this is not the case, for your house to get posted for sale on Zillow, a good place to start would be this  link. For your house to appear in the MLS,it has to be entered by a Realtor. That can be a MLS entry only, one that offers services on an a la carte basis, or a traditional full service Realtor. For more info regarding doing a FSBO, you might want to spend some time really studying the blog attached to the link below. Good luck. Something tells me you're going to need it.
