I came across your question and wanted to let you know that zillow.com does not answer questions about specific homes nor are they always accurate with their information. The question and answer section is for realtors like myself to answer or even your neighbors, if they can answer. The zestimates that they give can be off by more than 30% (high or low). It make sense to consult a real estate professional if you would like to know the value of your home.
