I don't think that there is a way for an owner to change the overhead boundary lines, but you can change the position of your house icon on the map. They have a video here that might help you do that. Most people can get the house icon place much more accurately if not totally perfect with a little fiddling. It might help.

I think that you will find that some appraisers do use this site to see what it has to say about gross trends. I'll guarantee you that none of them use it to set the final value on a piece of property, unless they want to position themselves for fraud. Have you ever read Zillow's disclaimers on the Zestimates?
Home is not in the right place on your map
This is absolutely ridiculous you have my home and property sitting in the middle of someone else's all the boundaries are WRONG in the whole area and you were showing my house as my neighbors 50 yr old homes this is so miss leading to everyone and it makes me angry that banks and mortgage people use this to appraise!!!!! I had to add my own picture so people wouldn't think I lived in a 50 yr old home!
