I purchased a house at 15618 W. Ripple Rd, Goodyear, AZ in July, 2011.  Zillow shows it being sold in July, 2011.  Yet, Zillow shows it has been placed on the market, by the same real estate office, at the same price, again as of November, 2011.  Why??
