Home listed twice at different locations and values

Help.  Please correct our home info.  We are located at 2376 Stone Crest Circle, St. George, UT  84790.  There are two showings for our home address.  One is much closer in value (we still believe it is low) while the other is about the value of a vacant lot in our neighborhood.  Please correct and remove the second one.  Thanks.
