This realtor is incorrectly pricing listings that dont exist. Not sure who cleared this listing.
I called the agent and he is now claiming it got sold. There is clear abuse going on by this agent. he should be banned from Zillow.

No, we run every feed nightly, and some more often than that.
I happen to know that the Windermere feed is particularly reliable, so if the listing isn't up on the site right now (which it's not -- I checked), then it is highly likely that it will get up on the site with the next run of the feed, later tonight.

Does Terry have a profile on Zillow? Is she knowledgeable about the site?
If her brokerage syndicates to Zillow, she should talk to her IT person about this.
If her brokerage does not syndicate to Zillow, she should use Postlets to do it and expand on the limited amount of space the NWMLS allows for marketing remarks and photos, by going all out to describe why you've loved living here.
