Home owners fees used to be included in condo descriptions, but no longer. Where is it?

Home owner's fees can be a substantial monthly cost.  They used to be included in the summary data about a property, but are no longer.  What happened?  Are they no longer being tracked?
Thanks.

Some agents also use assistants to input listings who do it manually without analyzing if something important is missing.
Like sq ft..
When I pull up a listing with no HOA when I know there should be an HOA, I just find another unit in the same building (with same sq ft or bed and bath account) and see what that was, and call the management office directly to verify, because it can truly be a "make it or break it" for any buyer.
No one wants to fall in love with a high rise condo and then be ambushed by a 1k HOA.

The high-rise condos (on Wilshire in 90024, for example) have HOFs > $1K a month. Many of these listings aren't bank owned.  Don't understand why the sea change.  It used to be a standard part of the listing on Zillow.

Thanks,

David

Unfortunately, a lot of agents don't bother obtaining that information, especially if the property is bank owned and no one spoon-fed it to them. That's why there's that disclaimer that as a buyer you must verify all of the information.
As a Los Angeles agent where average condos and townhomes have hoa's of approx $300/mo, my buyers get outrages. For some where I had to dig up the "dirt" I've found $300 HOA oh and plus $150/mo special assessment for an earthwake SBA loan.

It's painful. Sorry.
