My house in Riv. 1121 coronet Dr.ca.92506 Zillow priced too low I could not sell because buyer will compare the value but It was upgraded for more than $100,000. Can you consider to change the price ?

I'm puzzled.  As your home's Zestimate is higher than the asking price ($471 vs $470), why was the buyer concerned?    The value range for your home is $368K – $561K

People with a brain in their head know zestimates are only automated valuations and they mostly ignore them.
 
Write all about the upgrades in the comments section of the home's details page, price your house right for the market, and forget about the zestimate....many buyers will never even see it.
