I want to refinance my house. but appraisal is lower than my current balance about 10k. should i continue to refinance? will the lender approve my loan with low interest rate? i have an excellent credit score, employed and with 20% down payment. how much chance do i have? please advice. thanks

You should be able to refinance with an FHA loan. Connect with a lender or mortgage consultant to apply for the refinance. There are other parameters they will consider, but if credit is good and employment is steady you should be in good shape.
