i'm buying this poperty for 160k,the ZESTIMATE value is 170k. Recently sold for 127k. any Idea why so cheap? by the way is a REO property.

FYI, there are 4 recent solds in the neighborhood with the same size. They vary between $120K-$157K, depending on condtion, views, upgrades.
