My house @ 700 Nettlebrook lane , Alpharetta, GA 30004 is not valued correctly.  Paid $625K..same price as my next door neighbor with basically the same house and our value is showing a decrease of $100K..the dip occured in a 2 month period based on your numbers???

Yes, it appears low. For a more accurate value, hire an appraiser. Zestimates are free, and sometimes not correct.

The median price in your area is in the $200- $300K range, and sometimes highly improved homes, like yours, take a bigger hit. Only an appraisal will tell for sure.

I'm not a Zillow's employee, but there are higher purchase price comps in your area recently (half are $650K price range and half are $400K price range) and it take awhile for those higher price comps effect to your Zestimate.
