Estancia (Twin acres) in West Pembroke pines is a Cookie cutter Community ...the Estates have 119 houses and i see some houses with values off the roof..why? i am at 397 sw 188 terrace ppines fl 33029 valued at 314k/ same exact model with same exct extras (corner and pool) at 313 sw 187 terr you guys have it at 355k 387 sw 188 terr a 2068 sqfeet you have it at 296k , same exact model across on the lake, you have it at 231k, and a block after another same exact model at 268k how can this be...a 2068sqfeet at 296k and a 2500sqfeet at 314k...? the model at 387 sw 188 terr you have it listed wrong at 2440 sqfeet instead of 2068....this is just bad bad
