They are usually not accurate, so I wouldn't worry too much about them .  The value changed on one of my listings per the Zestimate over 100k in 1 week.

The real estate market is like the stock market.  It can change daily. New sales and new numbers are constantly being computed.

If a home near the property you are watching sells and it raises the overall values it can go up.  If one sells and it lowers the values it can go down.
