Good idea. Zillow did have that feature at one time. Although some of the comments about houses were constructive, many of the comments were not very nice or spiteful.
Now Zillow has a feature that I think would be more useful to some owners or potential sellers where you can post a photo of a house, area or room and then people can comment on them to give you ideas of what to change. There are a lot of smart people who use Zillow so it's a great way to get input.
Something a little different that I had thought of similar to your suggestion was having a virtual sign in sheet on Zillow for houses that were posted as open houses. People who had seen the house in person or online could leave comments immediately that could be sent to the listing agent or owner. That shorter timeline might reduce the spitefulness of the other removed feature.

I would not like to see this feature. Not sure this would be productive in this tough market climate.

If the remarks could be read only by the owner (or person "claiming" the house), it might be useful.

Hmm interesting idea, but I think it would be abused by the users.

I think the virtual sign in is interesting. Maybe it could be optional to add to our open? Link it to Four Square and earn a badge!
