Homes are being snatched up like hot pancake in Palo Alto. Are you feeling the heat?

It looks like buyers are willing to take whatever is on the market and pay more. We have seen homes in Palo Alot being snatched away left and right. Multiple offers and above and beyond asking. City planning department recently told us that the building permit application dipped in the past two years but are now back to 2007 level.

Do you feel richer knowing that homes in your neighbourhood are selling well?
