As stated homes for sale is NOT EASY to navigate. Will you make changes? Other real estate websites are much easier to use and more complete. Thank you.

Auntiesamm,

You're right that other real estate sites are easier to use and more complete--and did I mention more current? Sites based on the local MLS are current as of right now. Zillow is weighted on public record which is ancient history in many cases, and not always accurate.

I recommend having a local realtor set you up with an MLS-based search, so you can see prices change, sales close, etc. in real time.

Zillow is gradually revamping their site and listening to users comments. If you have some specific suggestions on improvements perhaps you could share them so the programmers can consider implementing them. (It is always much easier to criticize than offer specific suggestions)
