House in Ct. built in 1925. 2 of 3 bedrooms, no closets. Do I have to put Armoires in those rooms

In order to sell house do I have to put Armoires in those 2 bedrooms?

Not necessarily. If the town records say that it is in fact a two bedroom, then that is what you should go by. Having an armoire in a room without a closet will be more appealing to a buyer in the sense that the bedroom shows that it has room for a closet

No.  Given the age of the house, not having a closet was common. Of course an armoire would be nice.  A room in a house that age can be a bedroom but  is not considered one if you must walk through it to get to another room. .
