We have our house listed for sale, but we would also like to have it listed for rent.  How do we have it listed for both?

If your listing agent is familiar w/Zillow, then he/she should be able to do this for you.

Your profile doesn't allow me to send you a private message.  Send me an email through my profile and I'll send you instructions on a way where you can have your house listed for sale and for lease.

Zillow allows properties to be listed either for sale or for rent, but not both at the same time.  Therefore, if you are interested in having it for both, put "also will consider renting" in the comment section.

As a potential renter, I'd run a zillion miles in the opposite direction if I knew before signing a contract that the landlord really wanted to sell the property unless the rental price was a screaming bargain.
