the land value is only around 15k the lot is very very small parcel just big enough for the house it literally has a very dangerous yard about a 70 degree slope straight down to the highway on 2 sides, another house butted up against it with fence less then 4 feet on that side and just enough room for a car to pull into the grass on the backside which is a public alley.
This guy is asking 85k for a house that was on the market at 40k for over 2 years before he bought it and now the house is even worse then when he bought it and he thinks he will double his money.

It could be that the owner is selling this property at "land value" only. It happens alot with homes that are in disrepair
There was a home in San Mateo a couple of years ago that literally had no plumbing, sold in a week, land value

Is the owner fixing all of these items including rewiring both stories of this house before he sells? or is he trying to simply rip off someone?
