Legal action is probably not necessary.
If a website is not accurately displaying the data you should send an email to the operators of that site (there's always a "feedback" or "help" button somewhere). If it's something like Zillow that is NOT getting a feed from the agent's MLS, then it may need to be corrected manually. Again, if the listing agent can't help, contact the website operator - they're not all real good at maintaining their data...
Or you can take down the names and numbers of the people contacting you to buy the home and sell those "leads" to some realtors... ok that was a joke.
