Hi – Wow… what a hassle! I am an Agent at Keller Williams here in Albuquerque and saw your question. I started to look into this and think it has to do with the KW website vendors database and that it is not automatically updating properties. I have sent a request to have this removed. This should take care of it.

According to your property details page, it is still coming through a listing feed from Keller Williams (see very bottom of page). Until they remove the feed, it will keep showing for sale.
House no longer listed, but shows up on Zillow
I took my house off the market on 2/1/2011, but it still shows as "For Sale" on the Zillow website. The address is 10919 Telluride Ct. NW, Albuquerque, NM. I have claimed the home, but since it shows as listed by a Realtor (which is isn't), I cannot make any changes.
Please take this listing off Zillow.
